A Tanzanian law firm built around the client's decision
Fixus Law advises businesses, investors and individuals on the legal questions that stand between them and what they are trying to achieve. Our work is practical: clear advice on the position, the options and the next step.
- Advice is given by the lawyer responsible for your matter, not passed between teams.
- We set out the options, the cost and the risks before work begins.
- Commercial context matters: we advise on what advances your objective, and what does not.

Seven areas of law, one point of accountability
Each practice area below sets out what the firm handles, the questions clients usually raise, and how to start a conversation about your matter.
Not sure which area your matter falls under?
Describe the situation in the enquiry form. We will tell you whether the firm can assist and which practice area it belongs to.
How we work with clients
Legal work is only useful if it moves your matter forward. That is what shapes how a file is handled at Fixus Law, from the first enquiry to completion.
01
Listen first
We start by understanding the commercial or personal outcome you need, not by reciting the law at you.
02
Assess honestly
We tell you where the real risk sits, what the process involves and what it will cost before work begins.
03
Advise plainly
Advice is written so that a decision-maker can act on it, with the options and their consequences set out clearly.
04
Stay accountable
One responsible lawyer owns your matter from first enquiry through to completion, and keeps you informed.
Engagements begin with a review of your enquiry and a conflict check, and we confirm the scope and fees in writing before work starts.
How we workA senior team, and one lawyer accountable for your matter
Fixus Law is deliberately structured as a small firm. Every matter is owned by the lawyer responsible for it, supported by administration and accounts so that nothing is left waiting.
Managing Partner and Head Lawyer
Leads the firm's practice, supervises client matters and is accountable for the quality of advice given.
Partners and Advocates
Advise and represent clients on transactions, regulatory work and disputes across the firm's practice areas.
Lawyers
Carry out research, drafting, due diligence and day-to-day management of client files.
Administration

Fixus Law works as a small, senior team so that each client's matter is handled by the person responsible for it. Individual profiles are published only once the firm has confirmed each colleague's name, title and the details intended for public release.
